The surface of glass is actually porous and will eventually start to collect mineral deposits within these “pores” . Spraying a “cleaner” and wiping with a towel only spreads these deposits around, but they still remain on the surface. Dragging a towel will also create static electricity, which will attract particles right back to your glass. Thus your windows will never be truly clean

Professional window cleaners use advanced cleaning methods to agitate, wash and squeegee all deposits and contaminates off your panes leaving a level of clean that could not be obtained using ordinary methods.

Ideally a home should have the windows cleaned every three to six months to prevent build up and degradation of your glass. Storefront windows should be cleaned weekly or bi-weekly due to the high volume of foot traffic. Commercial buildings should be clean on a monthly to quarterly schedule. 

We ask that you please remove any valuables or furniture that are near your windows, showers, or sliders to be cleaned. Our Technicians can move them for you, but will not be held responsible for any damage that might arise. We do add a fee for any heavy furniture that we have to move. If the item is too heavy or presents a safety risk, the obscured window will be skipped. Windows blocked by spiny plants, excessive clutter or aggressive pets will also be skipped.

We understand that emergencies and unforseen incidents can happen at any time. We ask that if possible, please contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us the time to fill the time slot with another customer. Customers whom cancel last minute or fail to show to their appointment may not be rescheduled. We greatly appreciate your respect and consideration on this matter. 

Our standard window cleaning service includes a basic cleaning of panes, frames, screens and tracks. It does not include removal of hard water stains, paint overspray or stickers/decals. These items require special tools, processes, extra labor and must be charged accordingly.
