2020 has turned out to be quite a unique year. Whether you are twenty five or eighty five, you’ve probably never lived through such a volatile time. Most of the country is under social distancing orders, President Donald Trump is up for re-election against Joe Biden, and riots are a constant. The ripple has been felt in the service industry. ShinePro Window Cleaning is no exception to the rule. We have experienced cancellations, modifications, and undergone revisions.

Cancellations

ShinePro completely understands our customers concerns regarding covid.

Cancellations have become common, thus we have temporarily suspended our security deposit policy. With a high number of customers pre-booking months in advance, nobody expected covid. Many snowbirds have cancelled their travel plans to Palm Springs, La Quinta, and Rancho Mirage. Our normal booking policy required a $99 security deposit to minimize last minute cancellations. With the fear of the coronavirus at an all time high amongst certain demographics, it’s a given.

Modifications

Safety is key, therefor we are adhering to CDC guidelines for proper PPE

Okay, so we’re not going as far as the Firefighter pictured above. ShinePro Window Cleaning is wearing masks during the pandemic. Our Techs are also making sure to use hand sanitizer. These steps ensure the safety of our customers, and our Techs. As a company that provides Antiviral Sanitizing, we’ve battled covid first hand. A few customers would prefer to avoid people in general because of contamination. This is not a problem, we offer contact-less booking, service, and payment. Until a sense of normalcy has returned, we’re happy to oblige.
